Our series of ‘Come and Try’ activities comes to a close with Mat Pilates. Run by Sam, Pilates uses controlled breathing during body weight resistedmovements to improve core strength.
Sessions will be held on Mondayevenings at Sandridge Community Centre and Trugo Club on:
