To provide a good social opportunity once a week to be available to meet Carers and anyone under life pressures or know someone who has issues with being alone at home and need something to look forward to in life. Our community group will be available to full time carers and or part time carers that are always looking after a family member or even a person that is a close friend that need to be guided with some positive learning ideas.

We will start morning by introducing each other and kick starting the morning with a coffee at the Red Star Cafe on Bay Street then head towards the Beach at the end of the Bay street.

On the way we will be talking about the History of the area and the changes as a start to our morning.

We will stop down the beach near the local and some basic stretches with fresh air, which is important to anyone that needs to feel healthy and clear minded.

Walking back along Bay Street from the beach we will end the group tour at the World of style! 410 Cafe on 410 City Road. We will have a nice drink and sandwiches of our choice and sit and talk about the great morning that we had.
